Kuru Art and San Cultural Museum Visit!

Today we took a field trip to the San Cultural Museum and Kuru Art Project in D'kar, a town 30 minutes down the road from our base camp in Ghanzi. At the museum we learned about the history of the San people in Botswana through artifacts and photographs they had on display. At the Kuru Art Project, we got to see artwork made by San people living in D'kar which has been shown in international art galleries and museums.
